Charquini is 5390 meters above sea level, located in the department of La Paz, Bolivia.
Charquini is one of the most accessible mountains to enjoy snow in the rainy season, and also enjoy the beauty of the mountains.
On the south side it offers a walk of one hour and thirty ascent from where transportation leaves us to Laguna Esmeralda 5000 meters high and descent of 30 minutes.
Recommended for the general public who likes to hike in the mountains and also to start with aclimatization.

08:00am Meeting at Our Office “La Paz – Bolivia”. Sagarnaga Street 342 between Linares and Illampu. Rosario Zone
08:15 am departure towards CHARQUINI During the journey we will make stops to take photos at:
– Apacheta Pass
– Red lagoon
– Milluni Cemetery
11:30 am arrival at skirts of charquini Trekking (Hiking) to the Glacial and Laguna Esmeralda.
01:00pm arrival Laguna Esmeralda, We will enjoy a spectacular view of Laguna Esmeralda, the snow-capped Charquini.
02:00 Snowfall towards mobility.
03:00 Departure to return to the city.
16:00 to 16:30 arrival in “La Paz – Bolivia”.
